The Style
We believe if something's worth doing, it's worth doing right.
That's why we take the time to truly focus on you. We carefully check your alignment and guide you to tweak it just right.
Your feet will be positioned precisely on the footbar to activate the specific muscles we want to target.
That's not so easy to do if you've got ten (or more!) pairs of feet to keep an eye on.
Little Adjustments, Big Difference
When your alignment is slightly off, an exercise may feel easier but won't effectively target the specific muscle group you need to be working.
Without your teacher's adjustments, you might not even realise this and think you're doing it right!
We focus on those seemingly small corrections because they lead to significant improvements in muscle activation.
The Difference
You've probably heard the term "boutique studio" a lot in the fitness world, suggesting exclusivity and personalised attention. But here's the thing: "boutique" has become a bit of a buzzword. We've seen studios with as many as 13 reformers call themselves "boutique," which is a bit of a stretch!

In our studio, "semi-private" means just that: four people or less in a class. This intimate setting allows us to focus on you. We can properly observe your form, offer immediate adjustments, and tailor exercises to your specific needs and goals. It's about getting the most out of every movement and progressing at your own pace.
